Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 60 day refund or exchange policy (from the original date of despatch).
FREE DELIVERY ON EXCHANGES :
Zodee will cover any standard delivery charges worldwide for exchanged items, any number of times up to 60 days after the original despatch date of the order.
We reserve the right to charge the applicable fee where new items are added that constitute a new order.
However, since these methods do not require a signature, we are unable to accept responsibility in case of loss in transit.
Your returns forms will detail alternative methods at extra cost.
Conditions:
No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on hosiery products, Trinny & Susannah, Useful Chick Stuff or Braza products.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded) such as boxes.
Any delivery costs cannot be refunded, though we offer a free delivery option for exchanged items.
Gift boxes, wrapping and gift cards cannot be refunded
Zodee is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Zodee will provide a reply paid address or refund any postage costs.
Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Please note depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days, though is typically much less.
Orders paid for by Paypal gift vouchers can only be refunded to a Zodee Club account, except where the order has been cancelled.
Account Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and where the total of orders following returns drops below the $50 threshold required to redeem account credits, this amount will be deducted from any refund and the amounts forfeited.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all briefs/thongs/swimwear bottoms etc are tried on over your own underwear.
Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
Any items smelling strongly of perfume, deodorants or similar will also be refused.
Returns Procedure
Goods can be returned to Zodee without prior notice, but if you are in any doubts, please contact customer service.
For your convenience, Zodee provides a personalised returns form that can be found on the reverse of you delivery note found on the front of your parcel.
Simply complete this form and return along with the goods to the address below.
Zodee cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason suggest that you use a signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post.

On receipt of your exchange and after processing, you will receive an email confirming the items returned and the details of any exchange or refund.
We normally process your return within 3 business days of receipt.
